AJ Stone & Company LLC utilizes a software-as-a-service platform provided by Dynamical Web Solutions LLC to send automated notifications and communications to our customers. By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to the following SMS Terms and Conditions:
Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are independent entities and are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-In Requirement: By providing your phone number and voluntarily opting in to receive messages, you acknowledge that message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies. Links to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are provided at the point of opt-in.
Program Description: Messages sent through our automated system are intended to provide you with important updates regarding your account and transactions. This includes automated appointment updates, date/time confirmations, reminders, payment links, invoices, receipts, and Google review requests related to the services you have booked or requested.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies and depends entirely on your appointment activity, scheduling requests, and transactions with us.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us, or any messages you send back. Please contact your wireless provider for details regarding your text messaging plan and charges.
Opt-Out (Cancellation): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving messages, text STOP in reply to any message you receive. After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you a single confirmation SMS message to verify that you have been unsubscribed. Following this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you explicitly opt back in.
